The writing of the President’s Message is, for me, the most challenging part of my role as president. (Especially since I used all my good stuff last year!) Our challenge as an association is much greater...bringing in new blood! In any business, organization or family, to keep it alive there must be rejuvenation. I’m not sure about this, but I would say the average age of our members is probably mid-forties. (One of my favorite decades.) Our task is to see our association survive another 85 years. It takes a team to accomplish this. It will take each one of us to mentor, support and encourage our younger agents to be a part of the future by being involved and sharing their vision for our association.
