President’s Message

Vicki Von Tersch, RHU, LUTCF
2005-2006
NAIFA-Fresno President

December 2005

As many of you know, Joe Turner has resigned as President. I have agreed to step in for the remainder of the term. We have made the necessary changes within the board, and I feel very confident and excited about our strength and unity, as well as our commitment to an excellent year.

We had a great luncheon with Jim Farden’s presentation on “Disability Income”. He shared valuable sales tools and technical knowledge. Robert Jette’s presentation on “Estate Planning and Estate Tax Considerations” was very informative and thought provoking. Thank you to both of them for sharing their valuable time. At our Thursday, January 12, 2006 meeting, Jerry Tahajian will continue the discussion on the significance of “Estate Planning”.

Please join us in celebrating the holiday season by attending our Christmas program on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at 11:15 a.m. We will have special entertainment from the talented Buchanan High School Ensemble and inspirational music from one of our own members, Terry Rommereim. We hope to see you there.

A special thank you to our Past Presidents for their continued dedication to our association. We had a very productive breakfast meeting, and on behalf of the current board, we thank you all for your support and wisdom.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA
